Do I already need a Google Business Profile?
No. If you don't have one yet, we create it and arrange verification. That can be via postcard (5-7 days), phone, email or video — depending on your business type. The verification period comes on top of the delivery date.
Why is this a one-off service and not a subscription?
The setup is one-off. The day-to-day management (posts, review replies, new photos) you can do yourself — we teach you how. If you don't have time or don't want to manage it, you can bring it to us in a monthly retainer from €75/month. No lock-in.
What if I have multiple locations?
€450 is for one location. For each extra location we charge €150. For 10+ locations we offer a bulk rate. The first location gets the full optimisation, after that we roll out with location-specific adjustments.
How quickly do I see results?
Improvements appear in Maps views within 7-14 days (often immediately with new photos). Ranking effects visible after 4-8 weeks. Incoming reviews: depends on how actively you ask your customers for them. Our clients see on average 30-50% more spontaneous calls within 3-6 months.
What if Google suspends the profile?
That rarely happens (<2% of accounts, usually due to name changes or spam signals). If it happens during our setup, we handle the reinstatement request free of charge. Preventively, we work strictly within Google's guidelines — no tricks that work short-term but hurt long-term.
