How our pricing works

Straight talk about what a quote means.

01

Clear scope? Direct quote.

For well-defined or commodity work — hosting, a concrete product, a clear assignment — you get a concrete fixed-price quote. No detour.

02

Custom work? Price range + scoping.

For more complex custom work we give an honest price range and one fixed next step: scoping. That gets you a quote that adds up instead of a guess.

03

Always fixed price.

What we agree stands. No hourly billing, no open ends, no surprises on the invoice.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ.

How fast do I get a quote?

Within one working day of your request. For well-defined work that is a concrete quote; for custom work a price range plus a proposal for the next step.

What does a website cost at EASEO?

That depends on what is needed — a landing page is very different from a platform with integrations. That is why we work with a tailored quote instead of a misleading starting price. Fill in the form and you will have a realistic picture within a working day.

Do I have to pay for scoping first?

Not to get a quote. For well-defined work we quote directly. For large custom projects, scoping is a separate, paid step — but we tell you that upfront, and we deduct the scoping fee from the project.

Do you really work with fixed prices?

Yes. You know the cost upfront. Fixed price, no hourly billing. That is exactly why companies comparing quotes end up with us.

What can I request a quote for?

For everything we do: a website or platform, an online marketing retainer, SEO / AI visibility, automation / MCP, hosting / a sovereign workspace, digital accessibility (WCAG/EAA) or email marketing. Not sure yet? Choose "Something else".
