Windows and macOS, signed
We build and sign your client for both platforms, from the open-source RustDesk codebase (AGPL-3.0), adapted with your brand.
Your name, your icon, your colour
No "RustDesk" visible in the interface. Product name, logo and accent colour are yours — set in the brand intake in your portal.
Your own subdomain, your own relay
A dedicated relay/ID server on your subdomain — not shared with other partners and not the public RustDesk infrastructure.
Unattended access
Set a permanent password or token and connect without anyone on the other end. The TeamViewer replacement this needs to be.
Session traffic in the Netherlands
Your relay runs on our infrastructure, end-to-end encrypted, and doesn't route through US servers.
Source code for your build
AGPL-3.0 requires us to make the source code of your specific build available. That link is in your portal — no black box.

We currently deliver only to customers based in the Netherlands — that's how our VAT handling and invoicing are set up. Based elsewhere? Email info@easeo.nl and we'll see what's possible.
No RMM — this doesn't do patch management, monitoring or remote scripting.
No ticketing system — you keep your own service desk.
No mobile-to-mobile on iOS; Apple doesn't allow that from anyone.
Endpoint tiers are based on what you report yourself. Outgrow yours and we'll call you — we don't count devices on your network ourselves.
We sign every client with a valid certificate, for both Windows and macOS — but a brand-new partner build can still trigger a SmartScreen warning on its first installs, even with a valid signature. Reputation builds up per binary, not per certificate; at a few dozen installs a year, that's a real possibility.
If we sign with our certificate, our company name shows at install time — not yours. Not inside the application itself. Want your own name there too? Supply your own code-signing certificate.
FAQ.
Where is my data stored?
Your relay runs on our infrastructure in the Netherlands. Session traffic is end-to-end encrypted and doesn't route through US servers.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel per month. Your clients keep working until your relay goes offline at the end of the last paid month; you get the configuration so you can carry on yourself.
Can I pass this on to my customers?
Yes. That's the point. You buy it from us per month and sell it under your own name — what you charge is up to you.
Will my customers see EASEO behind this?
Not inside the application: name, logo, colour and subdomain are yours. There's one exception — the installer. Windows and macOS show the name from the code-signing certificate at install time, and by default that's ours. Want that on your own name too? Supply your own certificate; we'll sign your builds with it. See the next question.
Can I use my own certificate?
Yes, and for full white-label that's the only way. By default we sign your clients with our certificate — you're live straight away, but our name shows at install time. Supply your own code-signing certificate (budget around €200 to €320 per year from a certificate authority) and we'll sign your builds with it, so your customer sees only your company name. You arrange the certificate yourself; we help with the application.
Is this open source?
Yes. The clients are built from AGPL-3.0 source code. You get the source code of your own build — no black box.
What does paying a year up front save me?
Pay 12 months up front and 10% comes off the subscription. On Growth under the EASEO name that is €224 a year, on Scale under your own brand €599. The one-off setup fee is not discounted, because that is work we do once. A year up front is a fixed 12-month term: stop early and there is no refund. If you want that flexibility, take the monthly option.
What is the difference between the two brand options?
With "under your own brand" we build the client with your name, logo and colour; that costs a one-off €950 setup. With "under the EASEO name" you get the client as it is, with our name on it. That saves you the setup entirely plus 25% of the monthly price, because your customers see our name.
Can I switch between the options later?
Yes. Moving from EASEO to your own brand means we still build and sign a client in your name, so the setup fee and the regular monthly price apply. The other direction works too. Email info@easeo.nl and we switch it over from the next billing month.
