What does email marketing cost at EASEO?
You start with the Foundation: platform setup, deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), opt-in form and welcome flow for €395 excl. VAT, one-off. Extra automation flows cost €175 each. After that you choose a monthly package: Starter €125, Growth €225 or Scale €395 per month (excl. VAT), with copywriting included.
Is the email platform included in the price?
No, you take out the platform (MailerLite or Brevo, ~€15–50/mo) yourself. That way the account is always yours and there's no lock-in. Transparent, with no hidden markup on our invoice.
Do I need to supply the copy myself?
No. Copywriting is part of the monthly package — we write, design and send your campaigns. You don't need to supply anything and get the reporting every month.
Can you email a purchased or cold list?
We deliberately don't. We only email contacts with an opt-in — purchased lists are bad for your deliverability and not GDPR-proof either. We keep your list clean so your emails land in the inbox instead of spam.
How quickly is my email marketing live?
We work in four steps: a free 30-minute intake, then setup and deliverability, then your welcome flow and chosen automations go live, and after that we send your monthly campaigns. That way the foundation is in place quickly and you keep seeing results every month.
