What exactly does the "one-off setup" involve? +
EASEO sets up your portal: we create your VvE in the system, import the resident list you provide, apply your VvE's name and branding, and send all residents a welcome email with login details. You're ready to use it right away.
Where does the portal run? +
On EU servers with HTTPS, automatic security updates and encrypted backups. No dependency on US cloud providers.
Can I switch between tiers? +
Yes. At renewal you choose the right tier for the new year. If your VvE grows mid-year, we adjust it together in consultation.
What happens if I cancel? +
You cancel at the end of the annual period. You get an export of your documents and data. The portal is then archived and permanently deleted after 30 days in line with GDPR.
Is this GDPR-compliant? +
Yes. EU hosting, data minimisation, role-based access, encrypted storage and clear deletion procedures. A data processing agreement is included with the setup.
