Your site stays sound,
fast and findable.
Hosting, CMS management and EASEO Statistics, with a monthly health report on your site. You hear it from us before your customer notices.
Six fixed parts.
Hosting on our own European infrastructure
EASEO Statistics, cookieless, no Google, no consent banner
CMS management, updates and backups
Monthly health report with a personal note
Automated, with 3 lines of commentary
Changes to text and images
30 minutes per month, not carried over
Response time
3 working days, on working days
Seven checks that know whether your site still does its job.
Not a visitor graph, you already have that in Statistics. A report that checks every month whether your site still works the way it should, and warns you before a customer calls you.
Uptime and outages over the past month
Whether your site was down without you noticing
Load time of your homepage, with the trend
Whether the site is getting slower, which costs revenue
Broken pages in your sitemap
Where visitors hit a dead end
Whether your site is still fully in the sitemap and indexable
Whether you accidentally fell out of Google
Whether AI crawlers can still get in
Whether you're still findable in ChatGPT and can still advertise there
Expiring TLS certificate
The classic cause of a site going down on a Sunday
Forms: our server confirms something arrived
We measure whether our server processed a submission, not just whether your visitor clicked send. That proves the form works, not that the email lands in your inbox: spam filters and a mail server that later refuses it are not something we measure.
The AI-crawler check is part of this: OpenAI's advertising terms require your destination to stay reachable for their web user agents, or delivery can be suspended while the cost keeps running. More on this in advertising in ChatGPT from the Netherlands.
10 minutes a month go into 3 lines of personal commentary under the report. That's the difference between an automated email and advice.
The boundary is the design.
No ad management and no media budget
No content production, no SEO work, no link building
No monthly strategy call
No new builds and no new functionality
No email marketing
Extra work is billed at the hourly rate and only after prior approval
This retainer keeps your site sound, fast and findable. It does not make it grow. Once you want that, you move up to Basic.
We don't rent this in.
Most agencies rent hosting, analytics and a CMS from third parties and add a markup. For them, €250 a month is cost price plus some margin. At EASEO the web analytics run on our own server, the CMS is our own build, the hosting sits on our own hardware in Europe, and the reporting script is in our own hands.
We don't rent this in. It runs on our own hardware in Europe, we built it, and if you stop it comes with you.
That's not just a principle. It's the explanation for the price, and the reason the monthly report can exist at all without anyone running seven checks by hand.
1 fixed price, no surprises.
€250 excl. VAT per month
First month €302.50 incl. VAT. Invoiced monthly after that, cancel any month.
Available for Dutch customers
We currently deliver to customers in the Netherlands only. Get in touch and we will discuss the options.

What happens if I want more changes?
The first 30 minutes a month are included in the retainer, not carried over. Want more, we work that out at the hourly rate and only after your approval upfront.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. The retainer continues month to month and you cancel by email, with no multi-month notice period.
What if I want to move to Basic?
You can, any time. We stop Maintenance and Basic starts from the next invoice month. Basic includes what Maintenance doesn't: SEO work, content production and a monthly strategy call.
Where is my data hosted?
On our own European infrastructure, not with a third party. If you stop the retainer, your data comes with you.
What if my site wasn't built by you?
That can work, provided the platform allows it. We first take a short look to see whether we can take it over without risk before the retainer starts.
